​How Do I Place An Order?​

After looking through all of our BTS Gear, simply click "Add to Cart" to place an item in your shopping cart. After you have made all your selections, then click "Proceed To Checkout" to view the items in your cart and proceed with shipping options and payment for goods.



 
How Does Ship to Store Work?

You can save on shipping on your orders by having your merchandise sent to one of our Black's Tire locations. Click on  "SHIP TO STORE" in the navigation bar to see all of our locations in North and South Carolina. We have trucks that deliver to our stores Monday through Friday and can pass these savings on shipping to you! 

When processing your payment using PayPal, use the address of the closest location to you in the "SHIP TO" address field. Your items will be sent to that location on our delivery truck and be available for pick-up with in 3-5 business days. If you are not near one of our locations, we still have standard shipping option available.

 
Payment & Shipping

All payments are processed through PayPal and transactions are secure. You do not have to have an account to use PayPal, there is an option to pay with Credit or Debit Card on the payment screen below the account information. You will receive a conformation email when your order has been processed and ready for pick-up.



 

Returns & Refunds

All sales from BTS Gear are final. Items can be exchanged for a different size if the item is available in the alternate size.

Please use the "CONTACT US" page to communicate an exchange needs to be made and for a RMA #.

Items must be in NEW and resalable condition to be processed for an exchange. It is at the discretion of BTS Gear if the returned item(s) meet this criteria.
